Hi, we're Karen and Michael and we are a couple who love the High Country of North Carolina - we even got married here a few years ago!! We split our time between our full time jobs in Charlotte (and residence in Mooresville) and enjoying life in our mountain home in Seven Devils (secretly wishing we could spend all our time in the mountains!). When in the mountains we enjoy skiing in the winter, hiking with our dog, and seeking out live music.

 We purchased our Sugartime Condo in Spring of 2025, with the goal of creating a cozy mountain retreat that we would love to stay in ourselves.  We chose a retro ski poster vibe for the space, so our guests really feel like they are escaping to a faraway mountain getaway.
